Before You Report

If you are a private tenant, you should first contact your landlord or agent about the issue and keep a written record of your communication.

Notify your landlord or agent in writing about the issue (this helps protect you from eviction if we take enforcement action).
✅ Give your landlord reasonable time to respond and fix the issue.
✅ Have contact details for your landlord.
Photos and supporting evidence can be uploaded within the form to support your report.
